Round shaft helical piers are the perfect choice for providing stability in compression applications. One of the common challenges during installation is connecting the helical pile components safely and efficiently. As torque increases, the bolt holes can deform, causing delays and complications during the connection process. This results in longer installation times, which is an issue we aim to resolve.
Our patented Cross Lock Connection has been designed to simplify the installation process of helical piles. This connection system has been awarded ESR-3969 from ICC-ES for our 2.875″ diameter helical pile system. The Cross Lock mechanism allows the installer to quickly align and lock the pile sections, eliminating the struggle of lining up deformed bolt holes or wasting time threading bolts. With Cross Lock, installation is faster and more efficient.
